The 2012 Ruger NRA Instructors Price List had apparently become corrupted and has been replaced with a functional PDF.
Additionally, I recently confirmed that you can request pricing on items not on the list. There are 2 empty spaces on the form that you can use to add items!
Pricing request form is now available in downloads. Please note that it is for LONG GUNS only.
This is by the request of someone on CarolinaShootersForum which for some reason I can't seem to join.
I had previously linked directly to IHEA but it no longer works. So, I requested the form.
Fax form to: 301-283-2191 EXT 1369. Include email or phone # so that you can get pricing.
I was browsing around for AR parts and ran across this:

EOTech (L3) 2012 Instructor Pricing now available
Written by reg mathuszEOTECH (L3) Trainer Pricing Forms are now available in DOWNLOADS.
The price list looks REALLY good (at least on the items I am interested in) and they have added quite a few items including shotgun forearm/lights and Insight products.
The last time I ordered I was referred to my local sales rep who I faxed my form to and they then sent it into the factory for completion.
I emailed Hazard4 about some upcoming products and asked them if they offered an NRA Instructor Discount. They replied back that they did and to send in a copy of credentials for an order and there would be a discount.
I didn't get exact details as the product I was inquiring about won't come out until later this year, but anyone ordering should definitely ask.

I was recently invited to join DVOR.com which is affiliated with opticsplanet.com which I have received excellent customer service from.
Like ProMotive.com it a group membership site which offers discounts on select vendor products. The variety is smaller than ProMotive but it is mainly firearms related. Some of the items I noticed were well priced - for example Blackhawk holsters, Trijicon NightSights, etc.
Update 2012: DVOR has become more an "event sale" rather than a permanent store front. They run daily specials that are sometime very good. What is available in the store front changes dramatically so if you don't log in regularly you might be surprised. I get their daily sale "event" email and log in based on my interest in what specials they are running.
Here is an invite link (it is free) if you want to check it out: DVOR.com invite

I just got a 5.11 Rush Delivery (tactical messenger bag) to fit a 17″ laptop. It retails for $99 and bought it through DVOR for $65. Bag review forthcoming…Great price and customer service!
ProMotive Pro Discounts (Leupold, Woolrich Elite, Eberlestock, Camelbak, Big Agnes, Helly Hansen, Gregory, etc)
Written by reg mathuszAs an instructor you are eligible to join ProMotive.com. It is an outdoor industry related group that offers training/discounts from quite a few companies (around 100). It is free and you join a "team." The group you need to request is "Tactical Instructors." If you need an invite let me know, I can send one.
Here is an invitation link: Promotive
They offer discounts on a variety of manufacturers, mainly outdoor sports type gear.
There are a few but a few that I remember off the top of my head are: Woolrich Elite, Eberlestock, Gregory, Gerber, SOG, Crimson Trace, Leupold, Bushnell, Big Agnes (camping), Camelbak, Helly Hansen, Spyderco, Fenix, NovaTac, WigWam.
The only disadvantage is that availability of products and pricing really varies from vendor to vendor.
Membership is free so check it out!
While not an NRA Instructor Discount per se they do offer discounts for NRA Members, LEO's, and military. Every instructor should be an NRA Member and therefore eligible.
From their FAQ page:
"What about the NRA discount, do you offer any other discounts?
Answer:
Here's the deal on the discounts we offer and how to redeem them.
We offer LEO's, Military and NRA members a 10% discount.
Discounts may not be "stacked", no double dipping.
NRA members must be current members.
LEO's and Military may be active, retired or reserve.
To redeem the 10% discount, you need to type your code in the coupon box when you check out. Whether it's on the phone or in the shopping cart, the discount must be redeemed at the time of the order.
As of 09/01/09 we will not go back and do discounts retro-actively.
We just don't have the time to chase them down. It's your responsibility to redeem it correctly.
NRA members, your code is "NRA" and you must give your membership number in the additional instructions box when you checkout or over the phone if calling the order in.
LEO's, your code is "LEO" and you need to state the department/municipality/agency that employs you in the additional instructions box or mention it on the phone.
Military your code is "MIL", you need to provide branch of service, and current station. Same thing, mention it in the additional instructions box or over the phone.
To clarify, type your respective code in the coupon box and the rest of your info in the additional instructions box when you check out
